Membership Levels

The Association offers four categories of membership designed to support institutions, organizations, and professionals involved in admissions, registration, and student services across higher education.

Regular Institutional Membership
Regular Institutional Membership is available to Tennessee-based, degree-granting colleges and universities accredited by an accrediting association recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). This membership provides full participation in Association programs, initiatives, and governance. Membership dues apply.

Associate Membership
Associate Membership is open to accredited in-state or out-of-state degree-granting institutions, as well as postsecondary governing or coordinating agencies. Eligibility for membership is reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Membership dues apply.

Affiliate Membership
Affiliate Membership is intended for organizations whose missions align with the goals and professional interests of the Association and who wish to engage with members through Association activities, programs, and events. Membership dues apply.

Honorary Membership
Honorary Membership recognizes retired or departing professionals who have made significant and lasting contributions to the profession and to the Association. Honorary members remain connected to the organization in recognition of their distinguished service and are not required to pay membership dues.
